Major Issues:
Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.
Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed that could be malicious and should be reviewed.
Gatekeeper disabled - Gatekeeper security protection is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.
Apple security disabled - Apple security software is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.
Turning the system security off is a very bad idea.
Please turn security updates back on (but DON'T turn on automatic OS updates, lest you wake up with Ventura installed before you're ready).

Also, return Gatekeeper to a sensible status. Even if you need to run some unsigned and non-notarized applications, you don't need to do turn Gatekeeper off; just control-click and choose Open, and confirm (and even this is just needed the first time you launch such an application, afterwards, just launch normally).
And here we go again....
Antivirus software: CleanMyMac
This is complete and utter garbage. You letting the proverbial fox in charge of the hen house.
Completely uninstall cmm, and never ever let it near any mac you use.
Even after that, there is the change that it has already inflicted damage that will not be undone by uninstalling, and may necessitate a clean install.
There is this iriun mic thing, that I am not familiar with. It may be fine, but since it has to do with audio, there is a chance it may be interfering somehow.
If you are considering upgrading to Ventura sometime, take that opportunity to start fresh (full backup, erase, install and then migrate just the user accounts from the backup).
