Macbook Pro touch bar 2017, bluetooth error

Any information to fixing my bluetooth software on Macbook Pro touch bar 2017 with OS Monterey?

My Bluetooth connection to all bluetooth/wireless headphone always re connecting (the audio) every I use it for every 5 second.

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro Bluetooth module with Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related bluetooth error(NDL001).
