My husband and I receive the same video texts and we both have iPhones. He can watch them clearly but mine arrive looking blurry. This seems to be more common on videos received from an android. This has happened to me on my old iPhone and now on my new one. What’s the fix?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. In some cases your carrier may compress the photos and videos sent in Messages. If the issue only occurs while on your cellular network, we recommend contacting your carrier.
