Anyone having issues with calling/FaceTiming on iPhone?

1) My calls keep dropping for about 15-20 seconds before they can hear me or I can hear them and then it goes back to normal…this happens almost every call.

2) When I use FaceTime and I try and ScreenShare, it hangs up the call and I have to call back and retry (if it doesn’t do it again)

3) My Ear Speaker on my phone (not the phone speaker) is super loud and i’ve done everything and looked everywhere on how to make it quieter but have found nothing. VERY RARELY it will actually turn down and be the right volume but it’s happened like 1/100 calls..

Overall the only problem I am having is Calling/FaceTiming. Everything else works pretty good on my phone but i’m honestly thinking about Samsung or something else to switch too. I’m not paying over $1,000 for a phone that doesn’t work properly. Disappointing and so much time is waisted everyday by this. Either fix it or i’ll leave. i’m not gonna pay for crap products.
