Can I install macOS 11 Big Sur today?

Can I install macOS 11 Big Sur? Now I’m using macOS 12 Monterey on MacBook Pro 13 M1. Is it possible? If yes, how to do it?

If your MBP shipped with Monterey it is not possible.

I don't like the work of some non-native applications, they work slower on macOS 12. I also have annoying bugs that haven't been fixed yet.
