AirPods are unverifiable

My AirPods have been working for all these years but suddenly today my AirPods wouldn’t connect to my phone so I disconnected them then re did it again and now they said it’s unverified. Why is this happening out of no where?

Hello,

If you have never had your AirPods serviced this could point to a hardware problem. You might be able to reset your AirPods to have your iPhone try to reverify the AirPods and their parts. If that doesn't work I recommend contacting Apple Support about service and repair options.
