Hello, I have an iphone 13 pro max, my voice is interrupted when talking to the loudspeaker, I contacted the support service, they told me that the phone is fully functional, there are no problems, but it is still interrupted

the fact is that only with a loudspeaker it is interrupted, and during a normal conversation, when I put it to my ear, my voice is not interrupted

maybe this is a problem due to the noise reduction toggle switch that was removed from the iPhone 13?
