HomeKit Apple TV 'Camera Stream Limit Reached'

When I first installed my Logitech Circle cameras they worked beautifully. I would get notifications on my tv and it would show live video for a few seconds. After a while the video started to become choppy and now I just get a still image alert. When I try to open the alert it tells me that the camera stream limit has been reached.

Just recently I purchased a Logitech doorbell. It was the only device that worked perfectly. As of yesterday it started behaving just like the other cameras where I only get a still image notification. Pretty frustrating.

Anyone have any ideas?
