Using one Apple Watch with two different iPhones
Is it possible to use the same Apple Watch on two separate iPhones using the same Apple ID?

An Apple Watch can only be paired with a single iPhone. If you ever need to switch the watch to a new iPhone down the line, you can do so through the steps listed at How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support.
