I can’t find cinematic mode for photos only video

When I turn on cinematic mode, it only gives me the option for video, I can’t take a photo

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Video playback too fast in photos app Attempting to watch any and all videos in the Photos app, however they are all sped up 2-3x faster than originally recorded. iOS 18.2 viewing videos vs photos in photo library When viewing the new photo library in iOS 18 in dark or black background mode there is no way to tell a photo from a video. In white background you can barely see the tiny grey play button at the bottom of each video but it does not exist when viewing with black background. That is a terrible oversight. When trying to show others a video you have to blind them with the bright white background as you scroll through the library to find a video. I never use that mode to view photo library.

Cinematic mode for Photos?

How to record video in Cinematic mode

Open the Camera app, then swipe to Cinematic mode.
Tap the arrow in landscape mode to show these adjustment options: ...
Tap the record button to begin recording.
Tap a subject in the viewfinder to change focus as you record. ...
Tap the record button again to stop recording.
