Text issues on new iPhone 14

Can you make phone calls from your new iPhone 14? Does it have an active cellular service? If you cannot make calls and have determined that there is no active cellular service on your iPhone 14, then contact your carrier and ask them to activate an eSIM on your iPhone 14. This will transfer service to your iPhone 14.

If you purchased your iPhone 14 from outside of the US, then you have the option of inserting an active SIM card in your iPhone 14.
