Apple watch Ultra Cellular service support

I bought a watch and it is not supported by the mobile operator in my country, what can be done? The model I bought is A2622 and the supported model that is supported in my country is A2684. The watch was bought in the United States and I am from Israel, can I replace it for a suitable model?

Not in Israel. You can come back to the US and if you are within 14 days of purchase, get a refund. Then when you get back to your country, buy the watch there, which you should have to begin with.

Apple Watches sold in the US are supported by Carriers in the US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
