Apple Watch Ultra - Cellular support

I just got me new Apple Watch Ultra at my last trip to USA and found out that this model (A2622) Does not supported by eSIM in Israel - they support model A2684 only.

is there anything i can do to resolve this issue?

I don't think, so it have always been the case that watchs sold in usa, canada and maxico does not work on cellular networks elsewhere
