Ghost typing since 16.0.3 update

I am not able to use my phone since updating to iOS 16.0.3 Unable to type as I am having ghost typing of anything but what I’m trying to type. I don’t even have to touch the screen. Can’t even touch the screen without windows opening up. Impossible! I’ve read others are experiencing it but Apple isn’t owning the problem. iPhone 12. Hard restart doesn’t help. Guess I’m heading to the Apple Store.
