Promotion of Beats Flex

Hi there. This is about the issue of the free Beats Flex promotion. I had made first monthly payment successfully for the Apple Music student subscription, received the redemption email on 18th of August, redeem the earphone successfully on the same day

However, I didn't receive the confirmation email of the order and haven't received the earphone yet.

I had contacted Unidays, they gave me my unique UNiDAYS reference number. They said Apple should be able to sort this issue.
