I did not receive my beats flex from the UniDays student offer
I wanted to ask about the offer with my beats flex in purchasing the Apple Music student subscription. I have not received any information about beats flex being sent.

That’s a great question.
To receive the offer, the following things will need to be true:
- You must have a new subscription. If you signed up in the past, you are not eligible.
- You will need successful verification of student eligibility through Apple or a third-party verification partner identified by Apple.
- You are using no other offers for Apple music.
- You are no longer in the trial period. You are not eligible until making the first month payment.
If all of those are met, within 30 days of becoming eligible, you will receive an email with instructions for redeeming the Beats.
