Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen Audio Out Sample rate
Up to Apple TV 4K 2nd gen (2021 model) , the digital audio out was limited up to 48KHz.. Now Apple is launching Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen on 4-Nov-2022.
Are they now opening the Digital Audio out to 192 KHz ?
There is no mention of high resolution audio in the press release with all the new features, so 192 kHz seems unlikely at this time.
48 kHz 24-bit audio seems to be maxed in software. They wouldn’t need new hardware to offer that.
