Screen time will not allow me to sign out of my Apple ID and I did not put it on there cannot get it off

Screen time password I did not do and now I cannot sign out at all

Screen Time passcode reset. *

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
