Is it possible to lock the apps so they are not accidentally deleted

Is it possible to lock the apps so they are not accidentally deleted? Other half falls asleep and delete her aps.

You can set up a screen time restriction on that iPhone so that the app can only be removed from Home Screen but not deleted. That app will always reside in the App Library.

Open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions: Set this to ON ➡️ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➡️ Deleting Apps: Set this to Don't Allow.

Thanks, guess I worded it wrong. She still has them in the library, but still has to move 30+ apps back to where they were originally. would just like to lock everything in place.
