Anyone have an issue with Safari not working on iPhone 14 Pro, IOS 16?

Safari not loading after iPad OS17.3 update After 17.3 update, Safari starts loading, then screen freezes, and I have do close out Safari. Sometimes it will finish loading eventually, but usually not. I do NOT have the problem with same update on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
