Screen time bug on iPhone 8

WHEN will this be fixed?? The phone is fully updated. I've done a full reset of the phone and yet this problem persists. My child's screen time restrictions turn off randomly; he does not have the passcode since I've changed it repeatedly. I do the reset recommended by Apple and it works for a little while. Then it turns off again! It also rarely tells me the daily usage- laboriously slow despite great wifi and a well cared for iPhone 8.
