Procreate and Apple ID

i have 2 Apple IDs--one for Work and one for Personal use. If i purchased my iPad under my personal ID but now want to switch to my Work ID, will i still be able to access my Procreate purchased under the first (personal) Apple ID?

Not sure if this also applies to my other drawing apps like Sketchbook and Adobe Fresco.
