Apple digital av adapter only shows video wo/sound. All my movie apps affected after updating. All worked before updating. I don’t have Wi-Fi.. Called Apple support and tried all their suggestions.

Many users who have updated to iOS 16.0.3 must have a similar issue if the issues stated by you is due to the iOS.

iOS 16.0.03 problem after update
