iPhone 14 Pro - Text Jitter/Glitch/Jumping in some apps

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone had noticed the text jittering/glitching when scrolling in certain apps.

I'd like to rule out it's an issue with the screen and just a software problem.

To reproduce and test most easily:

1. Turn dark mode on
2. Use either Instagram / Spark ( mailing app )
3. Place your index finger to the right side of a text block, so the screen stays visible
4. Move your index finger up and down repeaditly from top of the screen to bottom of the screen
5. Check closely on the text and see if it jumps sometimes, in my eyes this is jitter / glitching of the text.

I tested this on iPhone 13 Pro and the issue was not apparent there, however, it is on my iPhone 14 pro, running iOS 16.0.3, but was also there on 16.0.0.

The issue is most apparent and easy to spot in Spark, but Insta also has it if you look for it closely. Other apps too, but I've given the most easy ones to look at. Dark Mode is suggested as it's made easier to spot the issue.
