iPhone unavailable

Hello! I have forgotten the passcode to my iPhone. I've attempted to enter "what I thought it was" so many times it now says "iPhone Unavailable" on the screen. The only option I can choose is the Emergency link. Is it possible to recover my phone AND IT'S CONTENTS since I do know my Apple ID/password and was able to unlock my ID?
