I just updated ios16.0.3 and now my iphone 11 pro is lagging too much i did everything to fix it i reset all settings even i deleted everything from my phone and starts as new phone but same laggin Issue is still what can i do plz tell me

My sounds lagging and my flashlight turns on after 15 seconds and lagging everywhere
After taking in ios16.0.3 update my phone has been glitching and freezing and lagging.
