Does the photos sent with iMessage expires?

The thing is, my iCloud is already full and backing up with other drive subscriptions doesn't support the Live Photos, so I decided to send them through iMessage with one of my friends.

I have set my iMessage to keep my messages forever, does the same goes if photos are sent?

If I send photos with iMessage, does it keep the info included in it like the location, etc.?

Also, if iMessages is enabled with iCloud, does iCloud also include the photos backed up?

I know that resetting my iPhone will delete everything, but what are the other instances that the photos I sent will get deleted?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support

iCloud backup doesn’t include information that is synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail*, Notes, Voice MemosMessages*, shared photosiCloud Photos*, Health data*, call history*, and files* you store in iCloud Drive.

*-If you had turned on Messages in iCloudiCloud Photos, Mail, Health data, call history under iCloud, and files you store in iCloud Drive your content is automatically stored in iCloud and is available on all devices that use the same Apple ID
