iOS 16.0.3 updates notification issue

I’m using iPhone 14 pro, but the new updates 16.0.3 still does not solve the notification problems.

I still cannot receive notifications until I open the app myself.

I've just restore the iOS 16.0.3 on my phone using my laptop, and restore the back up.

Now my Massage, WhatsApp and WeChat notification works normally. I think you can also try.

100% is not the setting problem, is the iOS 16.0.3 updates causing the issue.

Me too, I'm using iphone 14 pro max and the latest version of ios. I have same problem
