My iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps popping up with the pass code. When I enter my pass code it pops up again requesting pass code. I can not turn my phone off or swipe down to enter any apps or msgs or phone calls, all my apps are darken and I cannot access those. I tried force shut off but nothing happens. Any suggestions
