How can I get my PUK number ? I lost the card that had it and now my sim is locked

I locked my SIM card and I do not have access to my PUK code . Can I get my PUK on here ?

See -> Use a SIM PIN for your iPhone or iPad -> Use a SIM PIN for your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you have lost your SIM card, you can request a replacement SIM card from your carrier.
