Also cannot use text to speech, not in Messenger, in a url bar… NO where. Typing can sometimes stutter, run behind … and then a flurry of letters “catches up”. It’s caused by the iOS 16.0.3 update im certain. A hard restart (press hold power) didn’t work. Looks like we have to do clean installs. VERY annoying.
If your iOS is up to date, you’ve restarted and you’ve followed suggested steps at If "Hey Siri" isn't working on your iPhone - Apple Support I would try Reset All Settings next.
If I reset all the settings- i lose everything?
It’s directly related to the iOS update 16.0.3. Resets do nothing for me. The issue is WIDESPREAD. Just Google it.
