If my phone is always 100 procent is that bad

With my Apple battery case my phone is always 100 procent. Is that not bad for the battery ?

Your iPhone XR and iOS will manage the total amount of charge drawn from your Battery Case and from the iPhone's internal battery. So, the answer to your question is a NO. It is not bad for the battery because your iPhone will manage the proper charging process.
