Go here to Fix "No Service": If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
As for SOS:
If you do not need to use SOS, then cancel it, and say "pocket tap"
- Go Here: Use Emergency SOS on your iPhone - Apple Support
- Scroll to: End a call
- As it Reads: "If you accidentally call emergency services, you can end the call. Tap the End Call button, then confirm that you want to stop calling."
