I currently live in turkey and I want to buy Apple Watch ultra in USA I want to ask ,at us market selling model:A2622 is avaiblable model:A2684 at apple stores in usa ıf not , can I use it in turkey with cellular option.

You cannot buy an Watch from Apple retail in the US if you are in Turkey. Apple will not ship its devices out of the US to other countries.
Apple also will not ship a device to a US address that Apple suspects to be a package forwarding service attempting to bypass Apple's policy regarding not shipping its devices outside of the US.
