'Cellular issue detected' on my iphone 12 pro max ..not able to latch on cellular network now ..wifi is working ..how to resolve?

I have similar issue with my 12 pro max after updating to ios 16. I have tried everything even i tried replacing my sim card.
it says “Cellular Data Issue”

Contact your cell service provider.
I did. Also i tried using different network sim as my phone is unlocked.
In that case click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
