Voice to Text

I do a lot of voice to text messaging but I’ve noticed that the accuracy is very poor. How can this be fixed and is Apple aware of it? It will put down things I don’t say. It will even put down what I say only to back up, erase the line, and put down something that I didn’t say. It happens often even though I will say things clearly and distinctly. I can even repeat the same phrase over again and it will repeatedly put down the wrong words.
