I have iPhone XS Max. My recent call list shows two numbers clubbed. For instance,
Here the first number is one that’s recently used, and the second number is some random number either from my contacts list or unknown numbers.
Does anyone else is facing this?

To clarify, the numbers have been shortened or are missing a digit or two in your call log?
If you quit the app and reopen it or restart your iPhone do those numbers still show with an incorrect amount of digits?
Also, for the initial number, did it have the correct amount of digits at first?

Same here,
the call list shows two contacts / numbers a row.
example: "+49 xxx xxx yyy & +49 yyy zzz zzz".
One of them called minutes a go, the other is a random contact/number, i think.
