I’ve been trying to connect a new watch ( series 3)to my iPhone for a day or two now but everytime I go to pair it it says I must update. The update takes forever and then never gets past “preparing”. I’ve even tried waiting over night, restarting both my phone and the watch, and deleting all previous Watch info on my phone. Please help because I can’t seem to use my watch without the update to 8.7.1

I have already tried all of this but I can’t do anything with my watch as it is unpaired and so that’s why I’m having an issue
