Email

My Gmail account stopped working. I am

not out of storage. I am no longer receiving emails. Who do I contact? How do I fix this?

Before contacting Google, make sure your apps are up to date in the App store. It may be an issue within your Iphone that requires your Iphone system to be updated which is easily done under general settings assuming your device is an Iphone being you posted to this section. If your Iphone and apps are up to date, check that the email is still syncing or available under your allowed emails by going to settings>Select Name , Numbers and Emails directly under your Apple Picture Icon in settings> and ensure your gmail is added as an email sign in on the device.

If this does not work - make sure the app is allowed access to notifications which can also be done by entering settings>scrolling down below the page>select the Gmail app>turn on all notifications>>select siri and search on the same app page settings and make sure you have the >show content from app turned to green.


If theses steps do not work then contact Google as stated by the first answer. Good luck
