Apple wallet not adding cards
When i try to add cards to my wallet app it says “learn more” and not letting me add my cards?

It looks like you posted your question from a really good resource for this issue, If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support. If you have recently changed locations, you may want to check to verify your location is correct for your Apple ID. See Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support for details and you can make sure if you haven't relocated, that your country or region is still correct.
Also, verify you are in a supported location here: Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support.
If you are still unable to add your card to the Wallet app you will want to reach out to Apple Support by going to Get Support.
