Songs always stutter during the last 10 seconds

Well now that I'm trying to test a fix for this, it's not doing it anymore! Hopefully this is a case of it just randomly fixing itself and it'll be fine from here on out, but if it starts doing it again I'll try your advice.

This had been bugging me for so long, of course it'd stop as soon as I asked for help lol

Well unfortunately it started up again today so I tried what @KMB_12 suggested

Removing a song and downloading it again seems to fix it for that song, but I can't say for certain if it'd stay fixed since it seems to occur at random. More often than not, most songs will stutter, but not every song will, and which ones do and don't is inconsistent. The stutter usually doesn't happen if I play a song twice in a row or if I adjust the playback time at all while playing it. It also occurs more frequently the longer I've been listening to music.

The stuttering was still happening while in safe mode. It didn't seem to be happening when I created a test user. Testing it again just now logged in normally on my usual user, the issue is still happening.

1) The two songs I tested with still seem to be playing normally

2) No, they were all downloaded at different times. It happens to songs I downloaded years ago as well as ones I've downloaded as recently as a couple weeks ago. That is true though that none of the songs seem to stutter every time

3) I'm using the Apple Music app, but I'm not a subscriber. All of my songs were downloaded online from various sources

4) I played a handful of songs from there and none of them stuttered

Actually I think I might've found a solution? Or at least noticed a pattern. I think changing the play count either by playing a song all the way through or resetting it makes the issue go away.

For context, I always listen to my songs sorted from least to most played. Here's what I did and what happened:

-I sorted from shortest to longest (because the stuttering always happens at the end, short songs are easier to test with) and listened to the first ~10 songs and every one stuttered

-I listened to the first ~10 songs a second time and none of them stuttered

-I reset the play count on the 50 shortest songs and sorted by least to most played again and none of those 50 stuttered. Even once I got to the songs that had more plays (5 plays), those stopped stuttering too, but I closed and reopened the app and the songs with 5 plays were stuttering again

-I scrolled down to the songs with 6 plays (the most plays). the ones I played a longer time ago still stutter, while the ones I listened to recently seem to be playing normally

When I said the issue seemed to have gone away earlier, I was mostly testing with songs that had previously stuttered, meaning those were songs with 6 plays that I'd recently played. Maybe this issue will go away once I loop back around to where I was on my playlist before this issue started?
