iPhone stopped receiving notifications after iOS 16 update

After iOS 16, apps such as messenger and viber stopped sending notifications for new messages or reactions. I use 11 Pro Max. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I suggest opening Settings ➢ Notifications and reviewing the app settings.
