About the Wi-Fi

After the latest update iOS 16.0.3 (20A392) my iPhone 11 does not connect to Wi-Fi at all Please help

Check the router settings: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support


If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
