Citrix inoperable following OS upgrade

I recently updated my MacOS to Monterey version 12.5.1. I am running Citrix Workspace app 2209 for Mac, which worked until I updated my OS. Citrix confirms this is the correct version for my browser. My employer's IT support team is at a loss; however, given the fact that Citrix Workspace was running correctly prior to the update of the OS, they suggest I reach out to you. Repeated re-installs of the Citrix Workspace app have not made a difference. Any suggestions?

The latest version of MacOS is 12.6. Please update to this version and see if the problem is still there.
