After update, my talk to text feature in messages suddenly stopped working. I have disabled and enabled dictation in the settings, restarted my phone, confirmed the microphone works in voice memo. My friend is also having this problem. Anyone have a fix? It's driving us nuts! We constantly have our hands full and need this feature to work! I have an iPhone 11 and she has the 13 so it's not an isolated phone issue.

Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean. I’m pretty new at this… if you have any specific steps I’ll gladly try to follow them
Go to keyboards or search for it- normally most are using English (US)-
add keyboard English (UK) …
then go back and try - if it shows both us and uk -
go back and delete US.
i tried it and it worked-
i then put back keyboard English (US) and it didn’t ask me to choose which again.
i am on with apple care and they are clueless!

I have exactly the same problem with the latest update. I too have also disabled and enabled dictation in the settings, restarted my phone, confirmed the microphone works in voice memo. It's a feature I use a lot! So not sure what else to do. I have and iPhone X and it started after the 16.0.3 update.
