Final Cut Pro - Anchor/Track object in video

Hello, I am fairly new to final cut pro and am stuck on something. I have video clips that are taken with a Go pro and not a stationary camera. I would like to zoom into a particular object and keep that object in the center of the screen. Now, since the person's head was moving, when I zoom in and play the clip, the object moves all over the screen and even leaves the picture entirely. Is there a way that I can "track" a certain object so it stays in the center of the screen no matter if the video moving around? Thank you in advance!!
