Automatic downloads unchecks

In the Settings App Store section of both the Watch itself and the Watch app on my iPhone, the Automatic Downloads setting unchecks itself every time I try to enable it. Does anyone know what is going on here?

I can’t install any apps. Even the default apps; most are not able to be installed.

Series 6, new to me secondhand. I set it up today.

App Store icon disappeared from new Watch 7 Earlier there was App Store on the watch and I could download apps from there. Also I could sync apps from iPhone with apps from watch(automatically download). But now I can’t sync aops and see App Store icon on the watch. Somewhere I read that force restarting and unpairing could help me, but not at all. Now on my iWatch I have only proprietary apps and none that I can’t delete from watch

Apple Watch not installing apps I have now reset, unpaired and repaired and still I can not get my Apple Watch to install apps. every time I click the install button it proceeds to tell me to “double click” on my watch says “processing” and then just goes back to install on my phone. I originally reset my watch because Spotify wasn’t syncing and now I can’t even download the app to my watch. Please help this is very frustrating.

Is screentime enabled on your phone?.
