i cannot restart my phone because it has a security lock on it because I have tried many times before because at that time I did not know the password but know I do and it said I have a security lock on it so when I did so it said I could verify with the iCloud email but I can’t because the iCloud is Locked so I can’t log in to the iCloud.com mail
