Push notifications

I have the iPhone 11 Pro and I’m not getting any pushed notifications except for text messages or phone calls. Snapchat, instagram, Facebook, mail, and many other apps are not pushing the notifications. Only when I open one of the apps the red badge appears if I had something unread in one of those apps. All notification/pushed notification settings are on, I reset my phone, updated to the new iOS, and tried every other option and it still does not give me notifications.
