is there a way to send a large voice memo to someone using text messaging?

If they do not have an iPhone you can send it as an MMS but your cell service provider and theirs will have size limits.

Feature Request - iMessage Audio Transcription It would be really great for there to be text transcriptions of audio messages received, for those of us who get and send a lot of audio messages. Sometimes for the more visual of us, it's hard to remember what was said and reply, and then take notes etc. Telegram has already implemented this, and it is such a great feature that I would much prefer in iMessage.
